I was at thursdays night's concert, sitting right in the middle of the upper balcony where the offstage trumpets were placed. The brass just blew my brains out. What an exhilarating experience! It was also the first concert with the new principal percussion, and she is a sight and sound to behold! Thanks a for a wonderful year, and I am really looking forward to the next season!
